WHO WE ARE

Born and raised in Bend, Derek Gill (Owner) got his start working in a high-end custom cabinet shop. Since then he as worked in various aspects of construction up and down the West Coast from high rises in downtown Portland to beachfront luxury homes in Southern California. He and his wife took a break from their careers to spend 5 years doing nonprofit work overseas before moving home to Bend.

Since then, Derek's experience has ranged from working as a self-employed General Contractor to superintending multi-million dollars custom home builds for other local contractors. His unique experiences and background give him a well-rounded skillset and creative approach to problem solving. Derek's positive attitude sets him up to build long-lasting relationships and bring effective communication to every project.

Outside of work, Derek and his family spend their time hiking, camping, enjoying the local food scene, and looking for opportunities to explore and adventure together.
